The 2010 SEC Medal finals will be run on a slightly different format than before. The 2010 Medal finals first round will be held on Saturday, December 11, 2010 at 9:00 am on the Cross Country Field and will be judged by Bill Talbert of Ocala. The second round will also be held on Saturday December 11, 2010 at 5:00pm in the Hunter Ring and will be judged by Janet McCune USEF 'r' of Brooksville.

To qualify for the 2010 Medal finals riders will need to place 1st or 2nd in one of the following classes Pony Medal, Modified Medal, or Child/Adult Medal. In some cases if a rider qualifies multiple times invitations will be extended to some riders who were not placed in the top position in order to fill the medal finals. Qualified Medal finalist will be invited to compete in the finals at no charge and will also be provided with a free stall for the December 2010 horse show.
